  I would just like to formally complain in hopes of it reaching the owner of this franchised subway inside potterville shell. This review is specific to the older lady with short dark hair. She has purposely messed up my order on 3 seperate occations. The specific one I am leaving this review for, was when she added half a bottle of mustard to a sub i hadnt even finished ordering while i payed for my sister and I. She has in general been rude to myself and others Ive talked to. I would contact the owner directly if I had a name and phone number to reach them at. I will continue to not order from there when she is standing behind the counter. The rest of the staff is great, just happen to have found the rotten egg on several occations.

  Very friendly and helpful employees and they make great subs. I have been in and out quickly even when there's a long line and a couple people working.
